Word Journey - Privacy Policy

This policy explains how the mobile game Word Journey (رحلة الكلمات) ("the app", "we") handles information. The app is published by Alaaldin Eljub. By using the app you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos or precise location.

The game saves the following on your device only: your level progress, coins, daily challenge and missions progress, daily reward status, themes you unlocked in the shop and your sound setting. This data stays on your device and is not sent to us. If you uninstall the app or clear its data, it is deleted.

2. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The app is free and shows ads using Google AdMob: banner ads, interstitial ads, and optional rewarded video ads that you can choose to watch to receive coins or double a reward.

To show and measure ads, Google and its partners may collect and use information such as your device's advertising ID, IP address, device type and operating system, app interactions, and approximate location derived from your IP address. This is handled by Google under its own privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy. You can reset or delete your advertising ID, or turn off ad personalization, in your phone's settings (Settings > Privacy / Google > Ads).

3. Consent for users in the EEA, UK and Switzerland

Where required by law, the app shows a consent form (Google User Messaging Platform) before personalised ads are shown. You can accept or decline, and you can change your choice later from the consent options offered in the app or in your device settings.

4. Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal information. Information is shared only with Google through the AdMob service as described above.

5. Children

The app is a general-audience word puzzle game and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, contact us and we will help resolve it.

6. Security and retention

Game data is stored locally on your device. We do not keep any user data on our servers. Data held by Google for advertising is subject to Google's policies and retention practices.

7. Your choices

• Delete all game data by uninstalling the app or clearing its storage in your phone settings.
• Limit ad personalization in your device's ad settings.
• Withdraw or change consent where the consent form is available.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this page, with the date above updated.
